Kim Brusatori is a visionary leader, nonprofit founder, and community advocate with a strong background in environmental engineering, organizational development, and philanthropy. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Environmental Engineering, she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities and resources for individuals with IDD and those with special needs.
As the Founder, Development Director, and CEO of The Village Learning Center Inc. from 2000 to 2022, Brusatori played a pivotal role in transforming the organization into a leading resource for neurodiverse individuals and their families. Her leadership has left a lasting impact on inclusive housing, education, and support services.
Brusatori has served as a Board Member for the Lake Houston YMCA and NorthPark Place Community Association and has been actively involved with Partnership Lake Houston and the Kingwood Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Lake Houston TIRZ Board, where she continues her commitment to strategic community development.
Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Brusatori is a recipient of the 2003 Women of Achievement Award – Visionary and has been honored as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International for her dedication to service and community impact.
As Secretary and Board Director for Janus Transitions, Brusatori leverages her expertise to drive strategic initiatives, expand resources, and ensure the long-term success of the organization’s mission to provide sustainable housing solutions for neurodiverse individuals.
