Ms. Turner began a career in fundraising in August 1996 as a Development Consultant with Harriet Latimer & Associates.  Together they were successful in completing 150 capital projects and raising more than $600 million.  Turner has worked for over 80 local nonprofit organizations in Houston and has an extensive knowledge of federal grants specifically through the City of Houston and Harris County Community Development Departments.

As Vice President and Treasurer of Janus Transitions, Turner brings her deep expertise in financial stewardship, fundraising strategy, and nonprofit governance to ensure the organization’s financial sustainability and long-term impact. Her leadership plays a key role in expanding Janus Transitions’ reach and enhancing its ability to serve neurodiverse individuals and those with special needs.
