Mr. Steelhammer is a practicing attorney with Steelhammer & Miller, PC, where he is the managing Partner.  He has a chemical engineering degree and is a registered professional engineer.  Steelhammer is active in contract negotiation and preparation, company structuring, formation and financing, mergers and acquisitions, business advisory and serving as general counsel.
