Sheila M. Turner is a highly accomplished fundraising strategist and nonprofit development expert, with over 25 years of experience driving financial growth for mission-driven organizations. She began her career in fundraising and development in 1996 as a Development Consultant with Harriet Latimer & Associates, where she played a pivotal role in completing 150 capital projects and raising more than $600 million for nonprofit initiatives.
Turner has worked with over 80 nonprofit organizations in Houston, providing strategic guidance on capital campaigns, donor engagement, and sustainable funding models. Her extensive knowledge of federal grants—particularly through the City of Houston and Harris County Community Development Departments—has been instrumental in securing crucial resources for community programs.
